She took us to the sites as mentioned in the guide but had a wealth of knowledge and was able to answer every question we had for her. During lunch, she encouraged us to try dishes and even came to our table with a few treats and explained what they were, which, if you’re a tourist is hugely helpful as some foods you look at and can’t identify it!
