We were so lucky to get him, because he sorted for us very low number in a queue for whales watching, so we didn't have to wait couple of hours. (Take snacks and water with you for the drive there and back, it is about 3-4 hour drive). We were not able to do the Canyoneering in Kawasan Falls due to the heavy rains, but still 100% worth the trip. We did not see any whale sharks, and while the provider refunded 1,000 PHP per ticket, he only refunded three tickets instead of four. The remaining 1,000 PHP was not returned, even though I had informed him in advance that one of the participants became sick. This feels unfair and unprofessional.
